History
Francois and Clement Gondrand’s exciting adventure started in 1866. The first offices were in Milan at Piazza San Carlo, 2.
Within a few years Gondrand had become a leading company in the transport market thanks to the use of more modern solutions than the competitors and also to the invention of new forms of transport.
From the horse-drawn at the beginning to the large yellow vans circulating over the peninsula, to maritime traffic, to the technique called Rail Route (fixing vans to railway cars), Gondrand has always pursued ambitious projects together with constant commitment and professionalism. Highly prestigious results were not slow to arrive and by 1886, just twenty years after the company’s foundation, Gondrand had branches throughout Italy and in a large part of Europe.
