The fairs service consists of planning all the logistic aspects so as to programme all the actions to perform, evaluating the staff and times involved.
The lifecycle of a fairs project, be it large or small, is analysed so it can be carried out with the utmost attention and maximum quality in each part.
Gondrand is official on-site agent for the Trade Fair Bodies of Parma, Carrara Marmo and Genoa. The number of trade fairs it takes part in internationally is in continuous growth: Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hanover, Lyon, Nuremberg, Paris, Utrecht and outside Europe Greenville (USA), Beirut (Lebanon) and Dubai (UAE).
On site logistics services for trade fairs:
• Offices at the fair with staff present and assistance during the show
• Mechanical means (fork lifts, cranes) needed for unloading inside the fair
• Punctuality of deliveries
• Organisation and management of warehouse for collection and delivery, also for empty packing
The on-site agent is the official forwarding agent at the fair. He has offices and staff inside the fair pavilion, he receives the material from agents, exhibitors and transporters. This figure organises and coordinates all the services needed during the assembly and dismantling of the fair; i.e. the loading and unloading, warehousing, looking after empty packages and assistance.
